Knaresborough Art Society, founded in 1966, is a small friendly society, with a maximum of 50 members, working in most mediums and with a wide range of interests and experience.

The Society meets most Tuesday evenings at the Church Hall, United Reform Church, Winsor Lane, Knaresborough from 7.00pm to 9.00pm.

We have a varied programme throughout the year. During winter months there are monthly demonstrations by professional artists, and leader nights, where a member introduces a theme for the evening, a good chance to try something different; summer months are less formal and we also have outdoor painting trips.

Each summer we hold our annual exhibition of members work, giving everyone a chance to view and buy our work.

We currently have a few vacancies, come along on a Tuesday evening where you will be made most welcome or contact us for further information.
